Seriously, 2 and 1/2 months???? When I first decided to join the blogging world, I really thought I would be alot better about updates, but clearly I was wrong. I wish I could say I have been super busy, but yeah, I haven't. I am now 5 and 1/2 weeks from D-Day and I could not be more ready. This pregnancy has really taken it's toll on me. It has just been complete opposite of mine with my first little princess. If the way this pregnancy has been is a sign of things to come, please start praying for me now. This last month has been the hardest by far. I caught the stinkin flu exactly one month ago and have just not been able to recover from it. The Dr said Sawyer sounds perfect, I am measuring exactly right and if all goes as planned, we have a c-section scheduled for Friday, Dec. 18th. Sawyer will share her birthday with Aunt Robbie. Madi could not be more excited. I'm sure it is because her sister will be here in just over a month, but also she knows Santa comes 1 week after Sawyer gets here. Well, that's it for now. No, We Haven't Disappeared. Just Checked Out For a While.

We have had lots going on since my last update. Ummmm, let's see. Miah and I enjoyed a grown ups only Dallas weekend with Colby & Felicia last month. Miah surprised me with tickets to Rascal Flatts and Darius Rucker for our anniversary. Naturally, it was piping hot, and being pregnant in the dead heat of summer is no fun. But, never the less, I sucked it up and we had an amazing time. The concert was awesome, we ate lots of good food and of course, Felicia and I shopped till we dropped. We also got to meet up with my cousin Britney and her fiance Bo while we were there. It was so good to see them. Next, Miah's parents came in from Oregon for about 10 days. We took them, along with Chris, Sarah and Charly to the cabin in Colorado. It is so beautiful and peaceful there. It was so nice to get out of the heat and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The Monday that they left happens to be my favorite summer memory, we had our sonogram. God is blessing us with another little girl. Much to my surprise, (since I just knew I was having a boy) but deep down I truly wanted 2 girls so we couldn't be happier. Luckily, Miah loves bring surrounded by lovely ladies, because even the dog is a girl. We have named the baby already of course, Sawyer Kate. Madi is so sweet, everything is Sawyer this and Sawyer that, and, "When baby Sawyer gets her I gonna teach her how to do everything I know how to do." We wondered how she would adjust even just to my pregnancy, but she is so excited. Every night she has to lay her head on my belly and let Sawyer kick her. Miah's parents got to be there for the sonogram which was so special for us since they live so far away. They are planning on being here when or right after Sawyer is born. Well, that's gets us all caught up for now. I hope you all have had as wonderful a summer as we have. Be Blessed!!

Ok, seriously, a month and a half? Man time flies. I am now almost 5 months along in my pregnancy. This one is soooo much different than the last. We have another sonogram on Monday, August 3rd and we will know then if my suspicions are true. I really feel this one is a little boy. So, stay tuned and you will soon find out. Miah's parents are here from Oregon so things are pretty busy. We are so excited that they will be here for the sonogram though. They miss alot being so far away. Well, that is it for now, just wanted to let you all know we are still here, just busy. Be Blessed!!!

There's Only One.

Well, we had our sonogram on Wednesday, and I am relieved to say there is only only one little angel in there. It was the most amazing thing to see. I am about 12 weeks, which makes my due date 12/26/2009. We didn't get our first sonogram when I was pregnant with Madi until 20 weeks, so this was so neat. He (no we don't know yet, but I refuse to call the baby "it") was all over the place. He has Madi's sweet little nose and was swinging his little arms and legs all over the place. Madi of course was amazed. We couldn't be happier to share this with all of you. So, without further, here "he" is.

I come to you, my faithful blogger followers with the happiest of hearts today. Of course, we have known this for about 6 weeks. WE ARE PREGNANT! We went to the Dr. today and heard our newest angel's sweet little heartbeat. Of course- I cried. We took Madi with us. We want her to be a part of everything. She couldn't be happier that she is finally going to be a big sister. We think I am almost 12 weeks, but due to some uncertainty, we are having a sonogram on Wednesday. I am also a little bigger than expected for 12 weeks, so we want to make sure there is one baby and not two. We ask for your paryers during this amazing time in our lives. We had been trying for about 10 months when we got our wonderful news. I promise I will be beter, especially now, about updates. thank you all for your patience. I put these pictures on finally also. WOW, How Time Flies!!!

Holy Moly, I can not seriously believe it has been over 1 month since my last post. We finally got Shayna and Eric married. They were married on Friday, May 15th in our parents backyard. It was a very small, intimate ceremony. Colby officiated for the first time and it was amazing. Shayna looked like a princess. Everything was perfect. I am however relieved that it is over. Jen- I don't see how you have survived the amount of weddings you have planned. Anyhow, I hope you realize Shayna's day would have never been pulled off without you. Thank you so much! Everything else is as crazy as usual. Just when I think things are going to slow down, well they don't. This is a short one, but I am exhausted. Happy Friday to you all. Be Blessed!

It has been a crazy couple of weeks. In theory, I only work three days a week. In reality, I feel like I never have a day off. There is always something going on. We have been busy little bees getting everything ready for Shayna's wedding. I can't believe it is only 3 weeks away.These are some random pics, mainly from Easter. Thanks for not giving up on me. Oh my goodness, has it seriously been 2 weeks since my last update? It has been extra crazy lately. I don't really have any new pictures either. My work schedule has changed again, so I am not at home hanging out with extra time to spend blogging anymore, my apologies. I am now a manager at Cadillac Joe's with Colby. God has truly blessed with me with an amazing job. I never thought I would love the restaraunt business so much. Plus, the fact that I get to work alongside with my brother every day makes me so happy. Anyhow, have laundry to get to. In case I don't get back before Sunday, I hope you all have a blessed Easter!!

As many of you know, my cousin and best friend Jenifer and her husband have 1 sweet little girl- Charcey Kaye. It is so hard for me to believe she is already 2 (as of yesterday). This sweet little girl is a shining light and such a joy. Our Madi is just crazy about her. I found this sweet little poem and thought it was perfect.

St. Patti's Day was pretty uneventful around our house. I worked most of the day and when Miah got home, we took Marlee for a walk. Madi absolutely loves to go and she rides her bike while we walk. She is so cute with her helmet. Normally, she has on knee and elbow pads as well. Anyway, here are some pictures, hope you enjoy.

So- it is entirely impossible to remember all of our little princess' phrases. But, this one keeps coming back so I will share. As you all know, I am truly Texan when it comes to how I talk. I have that umm, twang if you will. Poor Madi, well she does to, times ten. Her latest favorite saying? No matter what she is doing, be it, eating, getting dressed, or whatever, she always says, "Mommy and Daddy, I beat yaw'lls!!" Yes- I realize I spelled ya'lls wrong(even though ya'lls is clearly wrong) but that is the only way I could think how to spell it to portray just how country she is. She is so entertaining. Hope you all had a great Tuesday!!

I'm sure you want me to expand on the whole my sisters fiance thing right? As I said, his name is Eric, they have been together more than a year, and they are getting married in May.
